Linda's Independent Living is a home based personal care home. We care for individuals who has health issues, yet are independent. There is long-term and short-term placements depending on the clients needs and wants. It is required that each client must be walking with no wheelchair needed ( wheelchairs only needed on outings). We will accept clients with canes, walkers, half-blind, artificial limes, veterans, and special diets if needed. When living here the clients live just like an ordinary family would. As most family's do we include everyone and celebrate holidays, such as Easter, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. We also respect clients religious beliefs if this is not of their customs. We also like making each client feel important by celebrating their special day of birth, which include presents. During football season we regularly celebrate with dinners and snacks throughout the day. We appreciate and accept family members to join and visit their loved ones.
